These devices play a crucial role in detecting the first signs of smoke and alerting occupants with a powerful audible signal. To guarantee optimum effectiveness, it's essential to install them in strategic areas such as living rooms and corridors leading to bedrooms. But not all [detectors](https://nexelec.eu/en/fire-safety-nexelec/smoke-detectors/) are created equal. At Nexelec, we've developed connected solutions that go further than conventional models, offering intelligent monitoring and optimized fire safety management. **[INSAFE](https://nexelec.eu/en/produit/insafe/) and[ INSAFE+ ](https://nexelec.eu/en/produit/insafe-2/): detectors for enhanced safety** [INSAFE ](https://nexelec.eu/en/produit/insafe/)and [INSAFE+](https://nexelec.eu/en/produit/insafe-2/) detectors are designed for proactive fire safety management. - [INSAFE](https://nexelec.eu/en/produit/insafe/) is a new-generation [smoke detector](https://nexelec.eu/en/fire-safety-nexelec/smoke-detectors/) incorporating a digital logbook. It allows you to record the date of installation, track maintenance and access all essential information via a simple QR code. - [INSAFE+](https://nexelec.eu/en/produit/insafe-2/) goes even further, offering precise tracking of maintenance actions. Each intervention is recorded in the form of an electronic certificate, facilitating compliance with regulatory obligations. ** ** **[ORIGIN](https://nexelec.eu/en/produit/origin/) and [ORIGIN+](https://nexelec.eu/en/produit/origin-2/): real-time monitoring** [ORIGIN](https://nexelec.eu/en/produit/origin/) and [ORIGIN+](https://nexelec.eu/en/produit/origin-2/) detectors offer optimum protection thanks to their connected functions: - Remote monitoring: real-time visualization of[ detector](https://nexelec.eu/en/fire-safety-nexelec/smoke-detectors/) status. - Advanced detection: alerts in the event of tampering, low battery level, missing manual test. - Intervention history: full traceability of maintenance operations. - Interconnection with other equipment: integration with accessories such as hearing-impaired kits. - Environmental monitoring: the [ORIGIN+](https://nexelec.eu/en/produit/origin-2/) model integrates temperature and humidity sensors, enabling energy monitoring to optimize heating consumption.   [![White Book](https://hubspot-no-cache-eu1-prod.s3.amazonaws.com/cta/default/26277964/interactive-203875668167.png) ](https://actualites.nexelec.fr/hs/cta/wi/redirect?encryptedPayload=AVxigLKPpIfGsnhmufmSWFJPYF40WfiJ%2FHt8d82ZCkqjMWx5JnsPHuV3TUPq1iOE7hMAdV4PNmVO9gQ7HWPLYvc8ygUJwBlz8dFnoOA4GHCfqIOr1y9U4FC2qGWzo3c6wMnxloLAj%2BK2HGx7rIvJ3iZz0gNy8A6EZgCaSbWzsPp8q1YYrO9o9iFQPWmbOKd3vS8W1i3EKA7pGvckx%2F6ZII3Co7eQfbJPUGqV%2BBMGOuSc2kHl6%2Fd5eFDpPJ2W%2Fw%3D%3D&webInteractiveContentId=203875668167&portalId=26277964&hsLang=en) ## Room ventilation and maintenance of ventilation grilles Good ventilation is essential to prevent the accumulation of harmful gases in the air.
